Whether you're chasing a milestone (like 100 miles — yes, it’s possible!), aiming for a personal best, or just soaking up the movement and good vibes, this is your day to shine.

DIRECTION CHANGES
Every 3 hours – 8 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM
AID STATIONS

- 5:13 AM: Sunrise Start
- 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM: 6 hour Morning
- 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM: 6 Hour Afternoon
- 8:50 PM: Sunset Finish
NOTES
- Looking to run shorter time or distances. Sign up for the time over your goal (e.g 6 hr for 3 hrs). We will record the elapsed time and distance.
- One relay team member on the track at a time — you choose the order and strategy!
